the highlight of the apartment was definitely the spacious terrace. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay - a large dining table, comfortable seating, sun beds, and even a barbecue. the terrace offered stunning views, and I enjoyed basking in the sun from early morning until late afternoon. the apartment itself was well-equipped, especially the massive kitchen. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train station, supermarket, and other amenities. the quiet neighborhood added to the overall charm of the place. Thierry, the caretaker, was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way! ⭐️.

This apartment felt like a cozy home away from home, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved how convenient it was to have a dishwasher and washing machine, making our life so much easier. The air conditioning was a blessing during the hot summer days, ensuring we could relax and unwind in cool comfort.

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit noisy at times, but it didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in the heart of Nice. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to transport, shops, bakeries, and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and modern, with a large kitchen and bathroom. The glassware, dinnerware, and cutlery provided were abundant, and I appreciated the small appliances like the Nespresso machine and toaster. The closet and shelf space in the bedrooms were ample, and I was impressed by the comfortable beds. The highlight for me was the spacious terrace on the 6th floor, complete with a dining table, seating area, chaise lounges, and even a barbecue. The view of the sunrise was fine. To top it all off, the owners were attentive and even provided a welcome bottle of champagne. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nice.

The bedrooms felt a bit cramped, although the beds themselves were comfortable.

Towels were limited for longer stays.
